Miranda has gathered her siblings and convinced them that their father, the magician Prospero, from Shakespeare’s Tempest, truly needs rescuing. But there are traitors among them. And even if they survive, can they possibly rescue their father from the place he has been taken?

On a personal note, please examine the wand in Mephisto Prospero’s hand. This is an image of something I made up when I was in Law School in the late 1980’s. The Prospero family I made up, but in another background, when I was in college in the early 1980’s. Miranda was made up by Shakespeare in the early 1610’s. It seems like a minor miracle to me to see them portrayed with such verve and craft on the cover of this version.
