This is from the modern remake of Space Battleship Yamoto (aka Star Blazers in the US). A blue-skinned officer of the evil Gamelon empire voices doubts about the loyalty of white-skinned underlings assigned to the Dimensional Submarine service: one of the lowly crewmen starts singing the national anthem of Gamelon. Everyone, including the doubter, joins in.
Meanwhile, in the Imperial Tower, Leader Desslock is playing chess with Starsia of Iskandar.
Who among us, in our heart of hearts, does not wish he had an evil space empire at his command, and as cool-sounding evil space empire anthem?
