Sick and Tired of Fake News
So I read the following screaming headline:
Georgia governor certifies presidential electors for Biden
…Sounds like bad news for the side of the angels, don’t it?
Then my logical, legalistic, lawyerly mind fell upon the words down around the final paragraph:
Now that the results are certified, Trump’s campaign will have two business days to request a recount since the margin is within 0.5%.
In other words, nothing has been decided yet.
Also found was this remark, written in an elliptical fashion to hide their meaning from the unwary:
… It is the totals certified by the counties, not the results of the hand tally, that were certified by the state.
In other words, all that is being announced is that the fake recount of the fake first count was fake certified. The news column mentions casually that the hand tally showed different voting results, but somehow omits any numbers showing what they were. Draw your own conclusion.
I am so very weary of the fake news gaslighting us.
