FUGITIVES OF CHAOS Reviewed by Kirkus! May not seem like much to you, but I am glad to be reviewed at all. I know some writers that aren't.
- And they only got two things wrong! First, Amelia sees moral obligations, not emotional relationships. Second, Grendel abducts her to marry her, not to rape her. (Although I suppose such a marriage would be held to be invalid, and hence the sexual congress non-consensual, which fulfills the elements for rape.) But these are minor complaints, even technicalities. They spelled my name right.

It Is Official: Your humble author discovers to his chagrin that he is a Libertarian. (Funny, I thought I was an Aristotlian). Worse, he is officially a "celebrity", a word certain to swell his head, should he hear of it. But, no mistake: I am so listed on the Advocates for Self-Government website, and if you see something in writing on the Web, it is so. Here is the page they have on me, along with the damning quotes.

Reviewed in Locus. Last Guardian of Everness was reviewed by Damien Broderick in Locus Magazine, August 2004. Broderick says "Wright can approach true uncanny unease, fearful ugliness, and lucent beauty of a dream" and describes the tale as "by turns ingenious, absurd, disturbing, elevated, and even moving.

Reviewed in SF Signal. John DeNardo at SF Signal says the Last Guardian of Everness enjoys " Intriguing ideas; quick pacing; cool action scenes" and says "Wright's writing style is clear, descriptive, engrossing and sometimes lyrical."
