Not Tired of Winning Yet CLVII
A small victory, but one not to be expected in the modern clime.
The Supreme Court reached a unanimous decision in the case of Fulton v Philadelphia, where the issue was whether the state could breach a contract with a Catholic-run orphan charity. The state alleged it had the unilateral right to prevent the charity from operating if the charity refused to place orphans into the hands of sexual perverts.
Chief Justice John Roberts, writing for an unanimous court, said the service agency “seeks only an accommodation that will allow it to continue serving the children of Philadelphia in a manner consistent with its religious beliefs; it does not seek to impose those beliefs on anyone else.”
He also said the city’s actions of excluding the agency burdened its “religious exercise by putting it to the choice of curtailing its mission or approving relationships inconsistent with its beliefs.”
It is noteworthy that the Catholic agency involved has a policy not to place an orphan with any unmarried persons, homosexual or not.

Note that sodomites cannot continue from one generation to the next without pederasty being used to “groom” infants to accept sexual deviance: removing all normal images and examples of fatherhood is a significant step of this grooming process. The legal case here did not raise the issue of the state’s role in creating a welcoming environment for pederasty.
During oral arguments, Justices Samuel Alito and Brett Kavanaugh mentioned more than once that homosexual couples had never been rejected by the Catholic agency because they had not ever approached the agency, and if they had, they would have been referred to another foster agency in the city.
In other words, the City of Philadelphia was attempting to prevent orphaned waifs from being adopted, to cheat them of the love of a mommy and daddy, on the purely theoretical grounds that the adoption agency (not the orphans themselves) would not express approval, when demanded, nor give lauds and honor to those sexual abominations the sovereign state, acting to dissolve the family structure hence end civil society, has erected as the sacraments of an ersatz state-run cult meant to supplant all natural religions with the worship of evil.
