Twelve Minutes of Insurrection

Here is a montage of prominent Democrats questioning the legitimacy of election results, alleging fraud, and calling elections stolen. It goes on for nearly a quarter of an hour. It is by no means an exhaustive list.

My comment: If any Dem were honest, he could and would distinguish these cases, and tell us why this is acceptable and patriotic behavior for some, but it is insurrection for others.

If social media platforms were honest, they could and could define the standard used to determine when to censor this topic when a Trump supporter speaks, but not when a Trump hater speaks.

The time when all Americans had a reasonable certainly of being ruled by one law, enforced neutrally, without favoritism, is not merely a memory of your grandfather’s day. Anyone born before the Obama administration remembers it. Weaponizing the IRS against the Tea Party was the turning point.

That was AD 2012. Not so very long ago.

The time when all Americans had a reasonable expectation of not being censored for political speech protected by the First Amendment is not merely a memory of your father’s day.  Anyone born before the Trump midterm elections remembers it. Alex Jones being censored by a conspiracy of Tech Moguls was the turning point.

That was AD 2018. Not so very long ago.

Some may remember when it was still legal to say that men cannot get pregnant, without being accused by a nosering-wearing goggle-eyed fright-wigged zany with a professorship from some West Coast loony-bin of higher education of being a mass murderer. That was last week. Not so very long ago.
