Rightwing, Leftwing, Chickenwing
No one should call Nazis “rightwing.”
Nazis are national socialists. They are no more rightwing than monarchists.
They are called “rightwing” by Communists because Communist dogma, as an unquestionable article of faith, asserts that any and all resistance to communism is caused by neurotic psychological flaw and moral called “reactionism” — which is defined as irrational opposition to the progress of history.
This is ad hominem built into a definition.
The faithful Communist literally can speak no other thought. Should he not speak this way, he is not a Communist, not faithful to a non-negotiable point of the Communist credo.
Hence, when a Monarchist opposes communism on the grounds that communism undermines that faith in king and God, crown and altar, which is necessary for the kingdom to maintain her divinely-ordained social order, her ancient rights and privileges, the Monarchist is called reactionary; and told by the Red that his real reason, as known to the Red but not to himself, is a psychopathological fear of progress.
When a Nazi opposes communism on the grounds that communism is a Jewish-led attempt to degrade the German master-race with false doctrines of equality, and mingle Aryan and Under-man blood, the Nazi is called reactionary; and told his real reason is fear of progress.
Fascism is the merger of state power and corporate power: the state is absolute, all-encompassing, unopposed. When a Fascist opposes communism on the grounds that communism undermines corporate power, or promotes international class-loyalties beyond the state and opposed to it, the Fascist is called reactionary; and told his real reason is fear of progress.
When a Republican opposes communism on the grounds that communism is totalitarian, and reduces free and equal citizens of the state to toiling worker-ants, whose miserable lives are of no value, the Republican is called reactionary; and told his real reason is fear of progress.
When a Constitutionalist opposes communism on the grounds that communism is lawless, overthrowing the all legal limits to power needed to protect innate rights to life, liberty and property, the Constitutionalist is called reactionary; and told his real reason is fear of progress.
When a Libertarian opposes communism on the grounds that communists violate the natural principle of using coercion only to deter coercion, while abolishing all individual rights, hence betraying the sole legitimate purpose of government, the Libertarian is called reactionary; and told his real reason is fear of progress.
When an Anarchist opposes communism on the grounds that communism proposes a social system with laws enforced by a state with a monopoly on coercive power, the Anarchist is called reactionary; and told his real reason is fear of progress.
When a Capitalist opposes communism on the grounds that communism is unworkable, reversing all incentives to labor, to save, to invest, hence reducing the marketplace to chaos, hence replacing prosperity with destitution, industry with famine, the Capitalist is called reactionary; and told his real reason is fear of progress.
When a Conservative opposes communism on the grounds that communism is criminally insane and sadistically evil, I am called reactionary; and told my real reason is fear of progress.
When a Christian opposes communism on the grounds that communism is godless and satanic, and that Communists drive Christians into death-camps whenever possible, the Christian is called reactionary; and told his real reason is fear of progress.
Please note that of these reasons to oppose communism, only one, the Monarchist creed, promotes love of tradition as a possible reason.
Even here, love of tradition is not proposed for its own sake, but rather on the grounds that overturning tradition unsettles the social order. The argument is that disorder to the social hierarchy creates tumult, disloyalty, and dissolves the sacred and sentimental bonds tying hearts to homeland. This is hardly a phobia or disguised self-interest.
But, again, to be a Communist is to believe the creed of an antichristian and irrational death-cult.
One article of faith of that irrational death-cult creed is that history has a direction: all socio-political progress is directed toward communism, hence all opposition to evolution is unscientific and irrational, merely a psychological phobia of change, or a disguised self-interest, called reaction.
One article of faith of that irrational death-cult creed is that all social hierarchy consists of an oppressor class victimizing an oppressed class, but hiding their self-interest in maintaining the systematic injustices by pretending to uphold law and order. This is also reactionary.
The corollary of belief in communist directional history is that all things not progressive are reaction. Left is progressive. Hence Right is reaction.
Only communists, and those deceived by them, use this terminology. It is self-defeating for any Conservative, Constitutionalist, Christian, Libertarian, or, for that matter, Monarchist or National Socialist, Fascist to use it. One cannot argue against the conclusions of a closed model while accepting its assumptions.
Communists are liars. Communism is love of lies. One central lie one must lie in order to be a Communist, is to call all opposition rightwing, and to pretend all opponents are one and the same: Constitutionalists are Libertarians are Conservatives are Christians are Monarchists.
