My comment: the administration at Harvard regards it as more important than the staggering truckloads of taxpayer cash flooding into their institution to maintain the DEI program of race-based admissions and hiring. Antiwhite prejudice is a core Woke doctrine, and they would rather perish than admit White men are human beings with souls equal in dignity to other races.
Why such madness? Because the Liberal mind is a limited mind. Not to put too fine a point on it, but Liberals are shallow.
This is by design: their philosophy of knowledge dismisses wisdom and experience as valid, so only the things of the senses, material facts, surface features one can measure and quantify count as knowledge.
To the shallow, the Nazi genocide of WWII was caused by racism and nationalism. Racism and nationalism was original sin.
To avoid the repeat of this horror, it was necessary to obliterate in the minds of men not merely race-hatred for other tribes, nations, and cultures, but the very existence of anything reminding anyone of any loyalty or preference between tribes, nations, and cultures.
This was the message of multiculturalism: to prefer one’s own people to alien enemies is thoughtcrime.
To glorify Christendom for its triumphs is thoughtcrime.
To love America for her freedom is the same as to love Nazi Germany for her ruthless Germanic strength: both thoughtcrime.
So the shallowest possible answer to the problem of German Jew-Hatred was to eliminate Whiteness and erase national borders. Now, as it happened, neither the Muslims would agree to obliterate their loyalty to Mohammed, nor would Negroes agree to eschew inner city gang culture, rap, hip-hop, adultery and adulation of crime which is part of Urban culture. Those who adopted successful behaviors were condemned as race traitors. Segregation was the worst of evils if Caucasians wanted to separate the races on the grounds that they did not feel safe around Negroes, but segregation was a sacred human right if Negroes wanted to separate the races on the grounds that they did not feel safe around Whitey.
So the word racism was redefined to mean hatred of men based solely on race to mean awareness that difference races tended to have distinctive personalities, to follow stereotypes. And then redefined again to mean racism plus power, and then the word power was redefined to exclude Barack Obama, leader of the Free World, but to include redneck dirt farmers living in trailer parks in Appalachia. So racism was redefined to mean White. Only Whites were racist, and no White was free of racism, and no non-White was able to be racist, no, not even the Han Chinese who rule China, because the yellow man lacks White Whiteness.
In other words, antiracism was antiwhitism.
The only race of men ever willing to live according to the rules of an international morality-based social order were the pre-Reformation Europeans. The only people to whom even the concept of treating other races, enemies and savages, as equal in dignity were the Christians. The Woke are monkeys trying to mimic the moral stance of Christianity, but to do it somehow without Christ. Woke means antichrist.
Harvard is Woke. Woke is an antichristian cult of anti-life which deems the cure to all life’s woes is to solve the problem that lead to the evils of World War II. Other wars in other lands and other centuries are of no consequence to the shallow thinkers because, and precisely because, they are shallow.
The solution to Nazism is not to examine Nazism and see what elements led to its triumph and its evils, and then erect laws and encourage customs adverse to them. That would require depth. That would require wisdom, and an attention to tradition, that is, to the body of knowledge from human experience over generations discovering the successes and limitations of the costs and solutions to various problems. Shallow people want to hear nothing of costs, nothing of trade offs.
Imperfect solutions will not do! Only a simple, clear, mind-numbingly stupid solution, one that could not possibly work, but which can be expressed in a clever rhyme or alliteration, or fit on a bumper sticker, will do.
Remember: shallow people are shallow. They are concerned with surface appearances only. They do not want to be right. They want to sound right. They do not want to be smart. They want to sound smart. They do not want wisdom and knowledge: indeed wisdom and knowledge is their enemy. They want the credentials averring that they possess wisdom and knowledge.
The shallow sees all the woes and miseries from the prehistory to the present day, and sees only one shallow truth: man has not yet solved the problem of sin and evil by means of any given institution or tradition, law or custom. He concludes that the source of evil must be something simple and obvious and recent, that is, something on the surface even a child could see. And that to cure this evil requires some solution that is simple and obvious and requires the efforts and sacrifices of other men, not one’s own. Caesar will save us. All he needs is untrammeled power, power without limit, to trample all the evildoers standing in the path of the simple and obvious solution.
Racism and nationalism is therefore causes by Whites. Eliminate borders to eliminate nations. Eliminate the White race by eliminating power, that is, eliminate all laws and customs, the free market and the nuclear family, and above all eliminate motherhood, and then we will all enter the paradise promised by the lyrics of John Lennon’s IMAGINE: a world with nothing to live for.
Harvard is willing to suffer losses rather than surrender its core vision of Woke Utopia. The administration sees itself as the sole hope of world salvation: the elect and the saints facing the hordes of vile demon-spawn: MAGA Nazis, Christian nationalists, White people. They hate us, and blame us for all evils in the universe.
They are willing to take our money in order to use our work to work our destruction, but are not willing to leave us in peace, no, not even for a bribe in the millions of dollars. Their hatred of Christ, of Christendom, of Western Civilization, of Whiteness is the only cult and culture they have. Hate is all that gives their lives meaning.
Once one turns from God, the only other option is godlessness. Turn from life, lifelessness. Turn from wisdom, folly. Turn from light, darkness.
Harvard delenda est. Sad to think this great institution was once Christian.
