This is a long-form discussion for those of us who need a reminder that men of courage and conviction still exist, and sane voices in the world of madness.
Mr. Brandon Quakkelaar of Lit Rebellion website pens an article about Superversive Literature and our need for it.
The first mention of superversive that I could find on Simon’s blog was from all the way back in 2003. Then, in 2014, the word was used in the title of The Superversive Literary Movement.
Tom Simon, and others in the movement, recognized that fiction and storytelling has been increasingly used as propaganda to undermine virtue and traditional values. He asserts that a concept that he calls “superversion” is the solution to the problem.
Modern storytelling, whether it be in the form of songs, poems, television shows, movies, or books has been progressively tearing down our cultural foundations by trying to convince the audience that lies are truth, ugliness is beautiful, and evil is good. Superversion is the antidote to such societal decay.

I find it interesting that I have never heard, before today, of the Frankists nor their theories or practices. But please note the parallel between their doctrines and everything I have been discussing in my ongoing series of articles on Unhumanity.

I was one of the poor kids who worked that carnival. I grew up poor. And not collect a government check poor, I mean farm poor, which has all the disadvantages of being poor but with the added benefit of constant backbreaking manual labor for little to no reward. I suppose I’m supposed to be bitter about that and be a good little communist or something, but instead I still got a bunch of throws at the dartboard. Go figure.
My family literally lost the farm. I moved out when I was 16 and my family moved to a different state. My first throw missed, when my own little herd of steers I’d been raising in the hopes of selling for college money got tetanus and died. Oh well. Later I managed to get a scholarship because I was good at judging dairy cows in FFA. I kid you not.
He continues in like vein, including a bit of biography of which I was previously unawares. My admiration for the man grows.

I try to avoid the cesspool of Twitter, but I opened an account when Elon Musk took over, mostly to see the Twitter files from Matt Tiabbi (knowing the Pravda media would misreport or suppress it). I also, frankly, wanted to see whatever Larry Correia, the Mountain the Writes, has to say on any topic.

QAnon Shaman Jacob Chansley is released 14 months early from prison after Jan. 6 footage showed him being ‘ESCORTED’ by cops inside the Capitol. “The Bureau of Prisons gave no explanation for the decision, but it is impossible not to think that it is related to the release of a video that showed Chansley being escorted peacefully and helpfully by Capitol Police, suggesting that the prosecutors misled the jury on the circumstances of his arrest. That video was not available to Chansley and his lawyers when constructing his defense, violating Chansley’s constitutional rights. As you recall from earlier posts, the prosecutors failed to make a ‘Brady disclosure’ of exculpatory evidence.”
Plus: “The January 6th prosecutions have been a farce. It’s not that the rioters deserve no consequences for their actions. They do. But the response has been utterly disproportionate to the cause. The fiction that this was an insurrection, not a riot, is absurd on its face. Putting rioters in solitary confinement for months to pressure them into guilty pleas? Unforgivable.”
